All items are final sale unless damaged on arrival.  Valid and sufficient proof of damage is required in order for a replacement to be issued and must be received within 5 days of item delivery date. Once proof of damage is received, item will be verified, and the damage will be assessed for replacement.  If item is unable to be replaced, a refund will be issued.
